You're right, there are many scams out there, and giving directly to people can be such a blessing, and you know what you're giving is practical. I undertsand, though, that not everyone has the opportunity to go to africa and give direct;y, and giving money can be a wonderful thing, you just need to be careful. Besides, no matter where you live, you cna always find ways to give to people around you!
